After a life changing visit to Tokyo, Japan,   the Lam family discovered Japanese crepes found everywhere in Tokyo, specifically in Harajuku- a famous fashion and shopping district. The family fell in love with the concept of being able to watch the crepes being made, right before their eyes, from scratch and then cutely served to them in bright wrapping!

The deliciously addictive Japanese crepes could be filled with so many different ingredients from simply nutella to deluxe ones with cakes to savoury meal crepes.

So versatile, so cute, so unique, so addictive !

The Lam Family just had to have more ! Returning home to Australia, the cravings for these mouth-watering creations was just too much ! The family opened the first Japanese crepe store in Australia in 2006.
